Error Saving Document

Issue
When trying to save a document, an error occurs:
"An error occurred while saving the document. [Error saving document"

Analysis
This can occur when the Route To option is set to mandatory.

Resolution
Instructions for the system administrator:

Check that the Route To option for workflow dialog boxes such as Save As and Check In is not set to Mandatory.
