When adding a new user, an error message appears:
"An error occurred while creating the user.
[Name already exists in database (S1010)"
Analysis
This happens when adding a user which already exists as a user in the Enterprise system.
ResolutionThe User page in Brand Station is intended for adding users who typically don’t exist in the system yet (such as when a Brand owner needs to add his users to the system). In case any users need to be managed who also exist within Enterprise, these need to be managed from within Enterprise by the system administrator.
